I saw the video on this thing and I am blown away. I am a teacher and am always looking for cool ways to add music into lessons. I envision kids working a pattern they have created for background music in a powerpoint presentation…
Impaktor is completely awesome! I have tried midi drums solutions, audio to midi converters, and even simple sampling to accomplish effective drums, but I have not been very successul. After watching the videos and knowing how great everything Beepstreet makes, especially Sunrizer, I know this will be the solution to my drumming woes. I feel that the iPhone and iPad are most musically useful as instruments vs. DAWs, so to use them for this purpose is key. If I don’t win this promo giveaway, I will still purchase this because it is awesome!

A drummer, tired of being ridiculed by his peers, decides to learn how to play some “proper” musical instruments. He goes to a music shop, walks in, approaches the shop assistant, and says “I’ll take that red trumpet over there and that accordion.”

Yes. I will pull the “tragedy card” in hopes that you will at least put a spring back in my step. It’s been a week since I sent my 2011 macbook pro back to apple for a broken battery, display, frayed adaptor, non-burning dvd drive and a failed hard drive. Applecare has added an “act of God” clause, which somehow justifies a quote of $800 dollars to fix (w/ warranty).. so, it turned to the ipad and what money i don’t have left, i spent on (now obsolete, as of 2 hours ago) dock connectors and overpriced midi connections. I stumbled across your blog and was stunned at how clean and positive this site was compared to other ios music sites. so………please?? :)

I love synthesizers, but only have one drumming app. Im intrigued by the sounds Impaktor will be able to make, combining the best of the synthesis and drumming worlds. If fortunate enough, I will make an album using only Impaktor for percussion or rhythm sounds and post it to the ios community sites including idesignsound.com.
Impaktor looks like the perfect instrument for creating real feeling grooves. I would love to win a copy of this app to really spice up my recordings, and to really capture the right feel to go with my bass playing. I’ve been looking forward to this app for a while now and really dig the extra sound control, the multitrack recording, and the ease of exporting. I really hope to win this one because I’ve never yet won anything, and this app look perfect. I’d also like to see if I can trigger it from bass notes alone and I’ve got a lot of ideas that I think with be very effective.
I also love the synth style sound manipulative capabilities of this incredible rhythm machine.
I’m really very keen to explore how far I can take the sounds, my search for unique sounds and grooves is never ending and all consuming. This drum app offers new scope and is very unique, it really would be the perfect addition to my mobile studio.

I would love to win a promo code for Impaktor. I own all Beep Street apps and I have turned on quite a few of my friends onto them. I love Sunrizer xs( if you read my app store review on it you will see how much I have raved over it- it truly is the BEST iOS synth beating out Animoog, Cassini, Alchemy, and ikaossilator).
Plus I am a girl and there are not enough female electronic, ambient, electro, iOS female musicians–lol… No really I saw this app today and it looks sweet. I have already spent 250 dollars on apps, I beta test a few apps, and I am an avid reviewer. I tell a ton of friends which apps to get as well so I am sure you would make some lootboff of my friends. Also I am cash poor and cannot afford anymore apps! I am an iOS audio app addict!
This would be for my iPhone since I do not own an iPad yet. I don’t want to pull the female card. If I get picked that would rock. If not– I will still support Beep Street. But this app looks like it will be the top drumming app in the entire app store. There are not many great drumming apps and this one looks stellar!

I would like impaktor because I love beepstreet’s apps. Both sunrizer and sequencer are incredible musical devices. I’ve listened to literally all of the soundcloud samples and I can’t wait to get my hands on this.
This looks like a lot of fun, plus any App that has a preset called Big Conga has to be worth a look!
If this is anything like any of the other top quality BEEP STREET releases then I am dying to get my hands on it!

This indeed looks very cool and would be a nice addition to my iOS studio. I’m always looking for new ways to create sounds and add different tools to my ever-growing collection of apps.
This also looks like it would be alot of fun to use with my kids to help teach them about making music. I’m already picturing a kitchen strewn with wooden spoons, bowls, pots, pans and Impaktor!

great app ! it reminds me of some parts of AAS Tassman on PC. it would be fun to use it live. it sounds surprisingly complex :)

I am live musician and I wish to use this synth in street performance together with animoog playing in background. With that synth I could finally play some drums without hitting my ipad so hard.
