Bismark have made available full details of the MIDI messages that are supported by bs-16i – their universal 16 multi-timbral playback sampler for the iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch that supports SoundFont and can be used as a keyboard instrument, MIDI sound module, and MIDI player.
