Griid pro quo: Both Griid and Griid Pro are dual-platform. There is no “iPad version” and an “iPhone version”. Many people have multiple devices and frankly, we don’t want to discriminate!

Griid Pro is the suite version, the full version, the one with all the bells and whistles. It’s for those who want the most power they can get. When a new module, like Cliip, gets released, Griid Pro customers get it first. Cliip is only the first of many modules coming over the coming months and they will all be either free, or if we do charge, very heavily reduced in price.

Griid is the cheapest way to enjoy the Griid experience and is the way to go if you simply want the best clip launcher controller available for Ableton Live if you simply want the biggest level of choice in modules. Future modules, such as Cliip, will also be available to Griid customers a little after the release within Griid Pro and via In App Purchase.

If you want all of the modules, buy Griid Pro and you will save money in the long term and get the hottest new modules first. If you want to wait and see then Griid gives you full flexibility and choice.

Note: To use Griid you also need to install software on your computer hosting Ableton Live.
You will need to connect to this computer via Wi-Fi. This will involve correctly configuring an appropriate wireless network.
