Magellan is a professional analog modeling synthesizer for the iPad. Not content with just one synth, we gave Magellan TWO independent polyphonic synth engines. Individually or together, they deliver a new powerful warmth to the sound of iOS music.
Complete with a full effects rack, a total of six oscillators, dual filters per engine, multiple unison stages, extensive modulation matrix, dedicated arpeggiators, powerful MIDI capabilities, and a polyphonic step-sequencer – the aural possibilities with Magellan are infinite!

- 2 independent virtual analog synth engines running simultaneously
- 3 oscillators per synth engine; total of 6 realtime oscillators
- Osc unison stage w/ adjustable detune & width, up to 24 simultaneous wave generators for super-saw type effects

This synth just knocked out the comp. If you could only build this synth into BM2
YOU CAN! Are you aware of core midi? With background audio and midi, you can use the bm2 keyboard to record magellan in midi. Once recorded in bm2, hit record in magellan and play back part in bm2. Then you can audiopaste into bm2 and play as a midi or audio track. Not completely built in but it works well
Surprisingly Good! The best words to describe this synth are powerful and versatile. If you have a sound imagined in your head, Magellan makes it possible to create that sound. This synth excels at everything from basses to leads. A must have for iOS synth enthusiasts.

Your music is truly wonderful! I listened to all of your soundcloud postings…really great, talented stuff…. I particularly liked balance with those killer injects of heavy, almost dub-step injections… What stuff do you use to make these? Do you use a lot of apps or hardware/vst stuffs? I want to follow your footsteps….wow…
Love this synth. The best app I have bought in a long LONG time. Immensely powerful. Brilliant presets. Great interface.
Very powerful and comprehensive, and great sounding too. Very flexible oscillators, filters and modulation options – it’s difficult to think of anything significant that is missing! A must buy for the current price.
This is one hell of a synth app and well worth the price!
