Phaedra is a 4-bus analog-style MIDI sequencer for the iPad. Each bus has 32 steps maximum, and can run at several multiples of the base time. Each step has programmable note, velocity, gate time, and two MIDI CC outputs. Phaedra can either output or run from MIDI Clock.
Phaedra also includes a chaining feature with 4 x 32, 2 x 64, and 1 x 128 modes. The steps can be 32nd note, 16th note, 8th trips, and 8th note, with each “bus” able to run in arbitrary lengths. It also includes “Live Control” knobs which can be used to modify one of the four destinations.
