Jelly Biscuits have released version 1.3 of A Noise Machine HD. The update adds the ability to record the sounds produced directly to .wav files by touching the ‘record’ button. You can access the saved files through the File Sharing interface in iTunes. The wav files are named for the current date, and incremented by number.
 

 

An experiment in touch based controls of pitch and volume for multiple tones resulted in an app that’s fun to interact with, and produces a wide range of different sounds and textures.
