Update: Crystal Synth XT v1.5 Released
15 December 2011:
Green Oak Software released version 1.5 of their iOS Universal semi-modular synthesizer – Crystal Synth XT. The update fixes the crash that some users were experiencing when launching Crystal while an app holding a midi input was in the background.
Crystal XT is a full featured semi-modular synthesizer, ideally suited to creating lush evolving soundscapes. Crystal VST has long been a popular synthesizer on the desktop. Crystal XT brings that same powerful synthesis engine to the iPad and iPhone.
Crystal XT features MIDI keyboard input via the iPad’s camera adapter or the Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer and sharing of sounds with the desktop version of Crystal.

Iphone version is NOT editable. I recommend Nlog, Sunrizer, arctic keys, addictive synth :)
Is crystal xt for iphone editable? I see screen grabs for ipad but it seems the iphone version is hobbled down to a randomizer. I’d like to purchase it, but only if I can actually program patches.
