Secret Base Design have released version 1.3 of Live Guitar – their app for playing complex chords, arpeggios, and finger-style guitar lines on your iOS device. The update adds support for Audiobus and improves handling of MIDI.
 

 

Live Guitar provides a guitar-style interface, with a novel chording system. You can switch between 16 different chords quickly and easily, with the arrangement leaving plenty of space to finger pick individual strings, or strum. The strings also allow velocity-sensitive style control by using the touch location.

Additionally, the app allows sharing of sets of chords over Twitter! There’s a built-in search engine, along with a Twitter posting interface, to make sharing easy.
