Update: Right Note v1.4 Released – Now iOS Universal!

Orange Qube have released version 1.4 of Right Note – their iOS Universal ear training app for learning Interval, pitch and melody recognition. The update includes new graphics, microphone octave equivalence, and iPad support. Right Note is now iOS Universal!

What’s new

  • New graphics: Now with a nice wooden finish
  • iPad support: Right Note now is universal and has native support for iPad with retina display for 3rd gen iPad
  • Microphone octave equivalence: New option for intervals and melody mode. Turn this on if you just want to play the right note but don’t care about in which octave it should be. This is good news for anybody playing instruments that have their note range higher or lower than a piano
  • Some bug fixes: Fixed the screeching bug in Intervals in Context

Right Note is an iOS Universal ear training app for learning Interval, pitch and melody recognition. Ever wanted to play by ear or improvise? There are two main skills you need to learn. First is to recognize what you are hearing on the fly. The second is “knowing” your instrument and instinctively playing the right note.
