Update: TC-11 v1.4 Released – Adds Phaser and Reverb, 25 New Controllers & More!

Bit Shape have released version 1.4 of TC-11 – their full-featured multi-touch synth for the iPad. The update includes two new effects (Phaser and Reverb) and 25 new controllers, as well as many other improvements and bug fixes.
What’s new
New Features:
- New effect: phaser!
- New effect: reverb!
- 25 new controllers, including:
- Distance to point starting position
- Distance to group center
- Angle to group center
- Rotation around group center
- Average distances to touches, center, group center
- Random values when touches began / ended / moved
- 4 new color sets
- Downsampler, waveshaper, and phaser can be used together
- New ‘General’ settings tab
- Order patches by date or name
Improvements:
- Optimized LFO module
- Navigation bar hides with performance touch
- Colors show outline display style when selected
- Rotation controllers now have sensitivity adjustment
- Rotation speed controllers sensitivity improved
Bug Fixes:
- Crash with out of range sequencer values fixed
- Fixed French translation bug
- Rotation drawing oddities fixed

This looks so good …… But very quirky at the same time. I wish it was cheaper. I’d dive right in and buy this if it was a $10 App. I’m always vey cautious about Apps costing more than $10, more so above $20 and I’d rarely buy any more than that …… Apart from Liine Lemur of course ;-)

TC-11 is so great. Just buy it you won’t regret it. I buy 10.00 apps all the time that just get deleted. With TC-11 you will feel like you are part of what could only be described the early days of Moog. The developer continues to build on this application. One of my most excited IPad moments is when I see a new update for the TC-11.
